Eligibility: Open to all high school students (including those enrolled in vocational, technical, or special education programs) and all part- or full-time college students (including those in community colleges and graduate programs). All entries must be of work published or broadcast that helped to right a wrong, correct an injustice, or promote justice and fairness. No more than one entry per contestant is permitted. Should include a brief summary of the submitted work. Must submit one original copy as published or broadcast with four photocopies and name of publication. A signed official application form must be attached to each copy of the entry.

Award: High school: $500. College: $1,500.
