Deadline: December 1, 2016 (of senior year).
Eligibility: High school seniors and students who have not enrolled in college full-time. Must be planning to attend a bachelor’s degree program fulltime; meet specific academic requirements listed online at www.afrotc.com; and demonstrate leadership potential.
Award: Four-year scholarships for up to full tuition. Scholarships include book stipend plus a monthly tax-free allowance starting at $300 a month. Additionally, many universities offer additional scholarship incentives and supplements. Check with individual college of interest for information on incentives and supplements.
Note: Two- and three-year scholarship opportunities are also available for students enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
